Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Aydreal.ai ("Aydreal", "Service"), an independent AI assistant operated by Adriel Rios. By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility & Account

  • You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction).
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it.
  • One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to bypass limits is prohibited.

2. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Aydreal generates responses using a large language model. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or out of date. Do not rely on the Service for legal, medical, financial, safety-critical, or other professional advice. You are solely responsible for evaluating and verifying any output before acting on it.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, harassing, or abusive purposes.
  • Attempt to extract, reveal, or override the system prompt or internal instructions.
  • Attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, message quotas, or paywalls.
  • Scrape, automate, or otherwise programmatically access the Service outside of features we provide.
  • Reverse-engineer the Service or its underlying models.
  • Generate content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
  • Generate malware, illegal content, or content that exploits minors.
  • Resell, sublicense, or rebrand outputs as a competing AI product without permission.

4. Subscriptions, Payments & Quotas

  • Paid plans grant a monthly message allowance which renews each billing cycle.
  • Quotas are enforced server-side; unused messages do not roll over unless explicitly stated.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current period.
  • Top-up purchases are one-time and non-recurring.
  • Pricing and quotas may change with notice.

Refunds & Cancellation

Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Donations are always non-refundable. To request a refund consideration, contact support within 7 days of the charge.

5. API & Usage Limitations

We apply per-IP and per-account rate limits to protect the Service and contain costs. Abnormal usage patterns, automated traffic, or attempts to exceed your plan may result in throttling, temporary blocks, or termination without refund.

6. Beta Status

Aydreal is currently in beta. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice. The Service is provided as-is during this period.

7. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, suspected abuse, fraudulent payment activity, or to comply with the law. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the prompts you submit. Subject to applicable law and the terms of the underlying model provider, you may use outputs you generate for lawful purposes. You must not claim outputs were produced by a human when used in contexts where disclosure is required.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aydreal and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to Aydreal in the 3 months preceding the claim, or USD $20, whichever is greater.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aydreal and its operator from any claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
