Aydreal.ai ("Aydreal", "we", "us") is an independent AI assistant operated by Adriel Rios. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the limited choices you have. By using Aydreal you agree to this policy.

1. Information We Collect

Account information

• Email address used to sign up and authenticate.
• Authentication identifiers issued by our backend provider.
• Subscription plan and message balance.

Usage information

• Chat messages you send to the assistant and the responses generated.
• Request metadata such as timestamps, IP address, and approximate rate of requests, used for abuse prevention.
• Anonymous guest usage counters stored locally in your browser.

Payment information

Payments are processed by third-party providers. We do not store full card numbers or banking credentials on our servers; we only retain the subscription status and identifiers needed to manage your plan.

2. How We Use Information

• To operate the assistant and deliver responses.
• To enforce per-account and per-IP rate limits and message quotas.
• To detect and prevent abuse, fraud, and unauthorized API usage.
• To process subscriptions, top-ups, and donations.
• To communicate important account or service notices.

3. AI Processing

Messages you send are forwarded to a third-party large language model provider in order to generate a response. Treat the assistant as you would any internet service: do not submit sensitive personal data, credentials, financial information, medical records, or anything you would not want a third party to process.

File, photo, and camera attachments

The chat input lets you attach photos, camera captures, and files for context. Only the file name is referenced in your message at this time; file contents are not uploaded to our servers or sent to the AI provider. Do not rely on attachments for confidential analysis, and do not attach files containing sensitive personal information.

4. Cookies & Local Storage

We use essential cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and track guest message counts. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with:

• Infrastructure and database providers that host the service.
• The AI model provider that generates responses.
• Payment processors for subscriptions and donations.
• Authorities, when legally required.

6. Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. You may request deletion at any time via the contact below. Abuse logs and rate-limit records may be retained for a limited period to protect the service.

7. Security

We use industry-standard practices including row-level security, server-side validation, encrypted connections, and least-privilege access. No system is perfectly secure; you use the service at your own risk.

8. Children

Aydreal is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

9. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your data. Contact us to exercise these rights.
